Leadership is what you do, not just what you tell people to do. It is also what people see you doing. In this photo our C.O. Wayne works with young Andrew to work around to the back side of the castle. Andrew is not part of our team but that does not stop Wayne from working closely with him to try and breach the backdoor. (I had already been taken out) They breached the backdoor right as the last defender was eliminated. If I did not know Wayne or Andrew and I saw this photograph I would assume that they were teammates. That is the image of paintball Gangrene wants to portray.
